As a technology veteran, I got into telecommunications in 1995 at NYNEX Corp. Then this thing called the internet started to take off commercially. And the Telecommunications Act of 1996 happened, which opened the floodgates for the CLEC revolution.
Having been part of two early telecom start-ups, Time Warner Telecom and Level 3 Communications, I was absolutely intoxicated by the innovation of those companies. Little did I know, it was just scratching the surface of what was to come.
When cloud and social became mainstream in the 2000’s, I realized there were no limits to the potential of what businesses can do. Being part of Cisco in 2012, it opened my eyes to the beginning of BYOD, the emergence of true Unified Communications and Cloud. Since then, I’ve been a student of technology.
As an entrepreneur, I’m obsessed with leveraging technology to innovate and win.
